Cathy C.Y. Chan loves children. She had worked in various settings in the field of social service, working with children and their families facing different challenges. She believes that there is always unique strength inside each child. With the support of reliable adults, every child can overcome the challenges in life.

In 2016, Cathy started the social enterprise, Little Possie. Using her creativity in music making and game design, she developed counseling and training tools for professionals to work with children, with the music therapy and social work knowledge.
